After the sickening display by the Russians in the semifinal Sunday night against the Americans, it was nice to see them get multiple doses of their own medicine last night. Team Canada romped on the cocky Russians, taking the Gold Medal with the 6-1 drubbing of Ovechkin, Malkin, and the boys. Unfortunately the United States dropped a tough overtime game to the Czech Republic and are back to their non-medal-winning ways after taking Gold in Helsinki last year.
