Does it work both ways?

It will be fun to see the Star Tribune pick apart Amy Klobuchar’s campaign ads like they did Mark Kennedy’s recent ad. Yeah, like that’s going to happen…

In a wide-ranging interview that was touched off by questions about his ad, Kennedy also:

• Attacked the accuracy of Hennepin County Attorney Amy Klobuchar’s ads for claiming that she is a “prosecutor” when she seldom prosecutes cases herself.

• Demanded that if he has to justify why he votes with the leaders of his party, Klobuchar should specify how she differs from Howard Dean, Hillary Clinton and other top Democrats.

• Disparaged the validity of CQ’s party unity index.

• Accused the Star Tribune of unfairly “cherry-picking” a statistic that makes him look partisan.

Right on the money. Mark Kennedy for editor!
