Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.) said he would vote yes but suggested the White House think differently "when they choose the next nominee."In other words, he's so good I have to vote for him, but make my job easier and nominate a liberal next time. I'm assuming that is what is meant by that quote. ???
