It is amazing when you think about it
Everything you do in a day can be a prayer to God, and thus grace-giving. Check out this post by JAM.

Lovely sentiments. At times it wanders into a sort of "If it feels good do it for God" kind of land, but mostly I found it very inspiring.

I think the point is that we can receive graces for those things that are according to God's Perfect Will. If we don't think it's something we should do for Him, than it's probably something we shouldn't do. Not that I'm perfect, but am only trying to explain it.
